Redesign of the Pharmacy experience.

Working with client Novo Nordisk, makers of Ozempic® and Wegovy®, this project set out to redesign the look and feel of NovoCare pharmacy, to transform it from a transactional and functional process to a true shopping experience.

THE TASK.
The NovoCare pharmacy experience was broken. Confusing, clinical and out of step with how modern consumers shop for everything else in their lives.

With compound GLP-1s and FDA-approved competitors flooding the market, Novo Nordisk — makers of Wegovy® and Ozempic® — needed NovoCare to work harder. Not just as a support site, but as a true consumer pharmacy platform that could compete.

HOW IT WORKED.
We transformed the experience from a single page build to a clear, shoppable three-part journey. A storefront to browse and discover. Product pages to explore the medication in depth. And in place of a traditional checkout, a seamless handoff — arming patients with everything they needed to take the next step. Pricing, insurance options, and direct access to a doctor, whether via telehealth or in person.

Beyond the transaction, we laid the foundations for a community — with service reviews to build trust and a CRM sign-up to keep patients connected and supported beyond the site

THE RESULT.
The relaunch of NovoCare set a new benchmark for direct-to-consumer pharmacy — recognized alongside Eli Lilly's LillyDirect as a market leader in how pharma meets the modern patient. By making a complex system feel simple, transparent and human, NovoCare became more than a support site. It became the first step in a patient's journey
